1. Do High Intensity Intervals

Look, that slow, easy, and boring type of cardio like jogging is over. Not only does it take up a lot of your time, but the results are minimal at best. The quicker way to lose weight is using fast bursts of exercise. I'll use running as an example. Say you normally jog 2 miles a day. Instead, what you'd want to do is run at about 85-90% full intensity for 10 seconds. You follow that up with either walking or slow jogging for 50 seconds.

This type of walking and jogging is called "active rest".

You're staying active, but in effect, you're resting. So you do this sequence over and over and over again for 10-20 minutes. This higher THRESHOLD intensity causes an oxygen deficit which causes you to suck in extra oxygen. This added oxygen then goes about oxidizing fat cells for energy IMMEDIATELY. End results... faster weight loss... especially around your stomach region.

2. Use EV coconut oil

EV stands for "extra virgin". This is a pure form of coconut oil. Cold pressed coconut oil is also good. If there's a miracle supplement, this one is it... in regards to quick weight loss. It doesn't work for everyone, but the people it does work for average over 5 pounds lost in a couple weeks.
Just take 1 tablespoon twice a day. Best results come from taking it on an empty stomach.
