You CAN and SHOULD get rid of this extra water that is bloating your body. And the simple trick is to just drink more water! Drink at least a gallon of water a day, and you should easily shed 5 pounds of extra water weight in 3 or 4 days.

And that's not all. Drinking more water super-charges your metabolism, which is absolutely essential to burn off more calories and weight.

Apples, bananas and black beans all contain high fiber. Add one can of black beans (25 grams of fiber) and 3 apples (15 grams) to your diet. Do this consistently for 2 to 3 weeks and the excess fiber will eject those unwanted waste from your body...along with the extra pounds.
