Fried and Spicy Foods: Fatty foods are digested slowly, making you feel heavy. Any food seasoned with hot sauces, black pepper, fresh chillies, barbecue sauce, horseradish, ketchup, tomato sauce or vinegar can stimulate the release of stomach acid, which can cause gut irritation and bloating.

Other Food & Drinks: Carbonated or Fizzy Drinks , Alcohol (Dark beer and Red wine), Acidic Fruit Juices, Sorbitol (sweetener in sugar-free gum, candies, and other diet products)

What Eating Habits do you need to change?

Eat slowly, make sure to chew well.

Eat small meals and snacks throughout the day.

Drink plenty of water and have a stroll or walk after every meal.
