3. Have a healthy break. When you have the chance, make use of your office breaks wisely. Spend half of your break walking in the park or walking to a healthy restaurant instead of driving. Midday walks can still be as good as early morning or late afternoon walks. This would actually give you more time for your family as well.

4. You can still eat your treats. But this time, instead of eating a large portion of chocolate cake, grab an apple for dessert. How about a fruit salad? Getting rid of your tummy flab problem does not have to mean giving up on your sweets altogether. Substitution is the key.

5. Drink plenty of water. Yes, by simply drinking a big glass of water every now and then, you are helping your body lose unwanted fats.
