Flat Stomach Workout

I run a lot but my stomach still has fat, why?
Don't be fooled into thinking that running equals belly fat loss. When you run you are going to lose fat from you legs more than anywhere else because they are doing all the work and building the muscle. When a body part builds muscle it will begin to burn the fat off too.
Should I stop running then?
No, you need to run because it's great for your hear, it's just not great for burning belly fat. You do burn calories while running but when you step off the treadmill your calorie burning is over.
How do I burn calories all day long?
To burn calories throughout the day you need to put more muscle on your whole body. You do this by lifting weights.
But I don't want to bulk up.
Women, you will not bulk up from lifting weights! This is a crazy myth that somehow still exists today. Do you know how hard guys try to bulk up and how long it takes them lifting 3 times the weight you lift? It just doesn't happen unless you are seriously trying your hardest for a long period of time to get mass.
The best thing you can do is to do ab work such as crunches and roman twists to get your stomach in the shape you want. The diet also plays a very important role.
