5 Ways to Burn Fat Fast!
By Kevin RaisonThe weight loss industry thrives on skinny wannabes desperate to try the latest fat loss supplement that will have you sporting your beach body within weeks!
The UK alone spends over £25 million on weight loss products every year, and the success rate? Just 5%!
That means the UK is wasting £23,750,000 (twenty three million, seven hundred and fifty thousand) on weight loss products such as supplements, slimming clubs, 'healthy foods' , dieticians, personal trainers and nutritionists.
So if you're feeding any of the above industries with your hard earned cash and you're of the majority of population that are unsuccessful. This report and others to follow will lead you in the right direction as to where you want to be.
I'm going to reveal some of the most effective, efficient and healthiest ways that can decrease your waistline and speed up your metabolism better than any supplement out there! Some you'll already know about, others you may not but the most important thing you must do to get these results is take action.
Firstly, before I reveal the natural metabolic stimulants that will assist you in losing that unwanted stubborn area of bodyfat, you will have to follow these simple guidelines. These alone will help you lose unwanted fat but lets hit the ground running by taking on board not only the way to lose fat, increase our metabolism and keep it off, but how to turn this into a healthy lifestyle. Yes, each one of the below will help towards losing weight but I want this report to be a very different start to your life, I want you to adopt all this information, if you don't believe in it then simply suspend disbelief for a while and just do it.
Let's get started,
1.Exercise
Ok, so not exactly the most groundbreaking fact you're likely to come across, but so important to maintaining a healthy waistline. Exercise is the only way to re-set your body's way to function normally if you've been a compulsive dieter throughout the years and have found yourself GAINING WEIGHT after your diet episodes.
Through regular exercise you increase and improve you body's use of oxygen thus increasing your metabolism. In fact studies have shown that even 15 hours after strenuous exercise (above 70% of Maximum Heart Rate) the metabolic rate in some individuals increased as much as 25%.
2.Water Intake
Keeping in a fully hydrated state is extremely important for our health. It is also very important if our goal is fat loss. Even a mild dehydration can slow down the metabolism by 3% now that may not seem much but for a 2000 Kcal dieter that could mean a 60 Kcal difference. Yet rather than drink the free stuff if we're feeling hungry, we'll still opt for the latest cardboard tasting bar because its 50 calories lower than your previous woodchip tasting bar if we just drank more water we wouldn't have to opt for these foul tasting products to keep check on our calorie intake.
If your body is in a dehydrated state then your kidneys will not be able to function properly, and will not assist the liver in converting stored fats into energy and therefore slowing down the fat burning process. Setting you up for even more fat storage...
Let's not forget that the body is made up of over 70% water with the spine itself or to be more precise, the disc cores of the vertebrae bodies of the spine take as much as 70% of the weight for the head and upper body.
Now if we take into account that the spine discs actually contain water, something that most of us don't drink enough of. These discs will begin to decrease in size causing ligaments to be slackened leaving the spine less stable which could increase the risk of injuries. If were injured, we can't exercise.
3.EAT MORE FAT!
We have become a fat less nation yet the nation is actually getting fatter. I'm going to give you 2 fats that you must include in your diet if you really want to loose bodyfat!
4.Coconut Oil
This is the most saturated fat of them all so why would I possibly tell you that Coconut oil is essential to optimum health and weight loss? Well, coconut oil is a medium chain fatty acid, meaning the coconut oil is used very much like carbohydrates for energy without stimulating insulin levels.
This is because it bypasses the pancreas (organ responsible for insulin secretion) and the liver (responsible for converting carbohydrates, and fats into energy). In fact, it actually increases insulin sensitivity and lowers insulin levels (that's a good thing) and even better it increases your metabolism.
Ask any farmer
Way back in the 1940's when saturated fats began to receive a bad press farmers decided that a good way to fatten up there cattle was to feed their livestock with coconut oil. After just 2 weeks when checking up on their cattle they realized that the cows had actually lost weight!
I know what you're thinking, cows have four stomachs right?
So then an experiment was taken out on pigs. Pigs are metabolically closer to us than any other animal and even they lost weight.
Want more proof?
In the Polynesian islands where coconut may compose of up to 60% of their diet, both obesity and heart disease is rare.
5.Fish Oils
Ok, so this one is a supplement but I'm hoping that by now that you're beginning to trust and believe in what I have to tell you. We've all been hit by the media and government rightly telling us that we should increase our fish oil intake due to its amazing health benefits such as;
Fish oils turn on lipolytic genes which are fat burning genesFish oils turn off lipogenic genes which are fat storing genesFish oils help to keep our arteries clean and our blood platelets less sticky
This is only a mere scratch at the surface on what fish oils can bring to us on our healthy plate.
In fact there are about 36 real reasons why you should take fish oils and the list is still growing.
