If you do your body will reach a plateau and it will stop burning fat. The body likes to store a certain amount of fat to protect against future starvation. With that said the body needs energy so if you vary your routines and intensity the body will use the stored fat for energy that is required at that point in time helping you to get that flat tummy.
So understand what you are doing and how best to achieve results with goals that you can achieve. Then before you know it you will not only look good but you will also feel good.
