2. Chicken - Grilled, baked, roasted, broiled....Mmmmm! Chicken is extremely popular in the weight loss and bodybuilding community for it's protein content (over 60% of your daily value!), and also the fact that chicken is very low in fat. The chicken breast is the leanest part of the chicken and is the most recommended. Also, be sure that you get skinless chicken breast as this will lower the fat content even more.
