This doesn't mean that you have to deprive yourself all the time. Try picking one day a week where you allow yourself to indulge (in moderation!) in your favorite treats. This can actually help boost your metabolism so that when you go back to your regular diet the next day you will actually lose weight from eating more.
You may be busy planning a wedding, but that doesn't mean you still can't find time to exercise. Even if you don't have time to get to the gym regularly, there are other ways you can get exercise every day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. So, your destination is only several blocks? Walk, don't drive. These solutions may take a little more of your time, but the end results are worth it.
