Lose Abdominal Fat - The Most Intense Way to Reduce Abdominal Fat
By Randy SullivanThe goal to lose abdominal fat is most laudable. Whether one looks at it from a health or beauty standpoint is irrelevant. The fact that you are improving yourself is reason enough to do it.
Most professional trainers and certified nutrition experts or dietitians will tell you that by far the most important element to reduce abdominal fat is your diet. The stuff that people cram into their month on a daily basis is quite frightening from a nutritional standpoint. The accumulated build up of toxins and crap in your body now has you standing in front of a mirror and wishing you could lose abdominal fat.
As we are citizens of western countries we are presented with an interesting dilemna. We want everything done as quickly as possible, yet we are too lazy and weakminded to make an extended effort.
The quickest, most intense way to lose abdominal fat is the following :
1. Stop eating junk food. Completely, totally.
2. Reduce dairy consumption to a minimum. Milk, for an adult, for example, is a no-no. Adults do not possess the necessary enzyme to properly digest it.
3. Eat raw vegetables and fruit. As much as you like
4. Stop drinking alcohol.
5. Reduce meat consumption to a minimum.
6. Walk for 45 minutes to an hour each day.
Do these things to reduce abdominal fat and the pounds will not slip off you they will catapult off you. They will leave you as rats would a sinking ship.
Of course the above tips to lose abdominal fat are extreme and beyond the mental toughness of most North Americans. Be realistic. You're not going to go from eating an apple turnover at breakfast, a a hamburger at noon and pizza for supper to joyously cramming uncooked broccoli into your mouth.
The most important thing you can do to lose abdominal fat is to find the right program. Be sure that you have ongoing support within the program when inevitably your weakness will get the better of you in your attempt to reduce abdominal fat.
