Most diets available today do have an initial fast loss of weight, sadly though this rarely last as they are only the result of water loss. 2. Eat regularly - 4, 5 or even 6 small meals a day helps to keep the metabolism working constantly and thus burning calories.
3. Drink Water - This helps the body to feel more energized and makes you feel fuller.
4. Exercise - To some its a dirty word but if you want to increase the rate at which you lose weight this is one of the best ways to do it.
These tips alone won't help you to achieve your weight loss aims but when put alongside a good diet program they can help significantly.
There aren't many diets which can help you to lose 15 pounds fast and even fewer provide continuous and lasting results. One diet based around shifting calories is particularly good and there are a handful of others but the truth is many which claim to provide fast results simply don't live up to their claims.
