Today I'm going to expose a major myth circulating the internet lately that's got me all fired up. I'm going to answer the question once and for all does the acai berry juice diet really work for weight loss? Meaning although it contains a good amount, if you want enough of either to make a considerable difference you'll need to consume about $8-$12 worth of acai juice every day! This isn't a large amount mind you, as acai juice is VERY expensive and even a normal daily serving costs between $2-$3.


What it really comes down to is if you want the fiber aspect for weight loss, drink fiber shakes, if you want Omega 3 and 6 drink flax and fish oil. If you just want the anti-oxidants then acai is an option, however so is mangosteen, goji and noni which have all had their 15 minutes of fame, just as acai soon will.


What is the best weight loss option?
