#1 Inside, Not Outside
Do you think that motivation can come from outside of yourself, or does it come from a deeper place inside? Try sorting out your inner game and your outer game will effortlessly fall into place. You will find yourself naturally moving towards your envisioned attractive toned body with what seems like no effort. Is the the foods that you do not enjoy that are the problem or the habits behind them? I have found it useful to work on the habits by giving yourself positive rewards whenever you succeed.
#2 Creative Visualization
Another task that I have seen work for many others is to visualize your exact desired outcome on a daily basis. Can you see how this would work? It would let you know exactly what your final goal is and it will be a huge motivation for you. When you can see yourself in that beautiful future body and feel its lightness and how people react to you differently, you will see exactly why you are going for this goal. Imagine what it would be like to be in a body you love, feeling confident and how it would help each area of your life. Your family life, career etc.
#3 Power
I am sure that you are satisfied in life and feel very in control of its direction, but could you see how having more power over yourself could help? Power in your life means that you are creating your future and changing reality. You are not letting life pass you by, knowing that it always could have been better whilst others who were just like you take action and eventually succeed.
A common area that most people start on in increasing their power is their body because results can be measured easily. Once you start exercising your power, things that seemed impossible to you previously suddenly seem inevitable over time. All of these things come from a little decision you make in this moment on whether or not you are sick and tired of living below the high targets that you set yourself. Sick and tired of not getting results.
