To lose this much weight you should be cutting down by about 500 calories each day. It stands to reason that to lose weight it is necessary to burn more calories than you consume, so in working out how to lose weight by Christmas you should be including some cardiovascular exercise in your plan.
Despite what many people think, it is impossible to target fat reduction. For instance, many people are keen to reduce abdominal fat and try to do so with abdominal exercises. Certainly the exercises will help to develop muscle tone in that area but to lose fat you will need to cut down on your calorie intake. There is no need to be extreme or obsessive about calorie counting. You will often find that if you cut out fast food, cakes, biscuits and general junk food it is pretty easy to eat less calories a day. If you are hungry try to opt for fruit or vegetables instead to fill you up. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is a must if you want to lose weight and look better.
How to lose weight by Christmas is a problem that many people are facing right now, but with a healthier diet, regular exercise (even something as simple as going for a walk a few times a week) and drinking plenty of water you should lose some weight before Christmas. It is never too late to embark on a healthier lifestyle.
