Busy Moms When Is The Prefect Time To Start Your Fat Loss Program

I am waiting for the right time to start my Fat Loss Program to lose my baby fat. Or I will start my diet at the first of the month, first of the year, after the holidays, etc. It is always "I will start to lose the baby fat when..."
What is all the waiting about?
Is there some magical time or do the stars and planets have to be aligned correctly? What will happen different in the next day, week, month or year?
Busy Moms-guess what? There is never a "Just the Right Time". You will always be busy with the kids, the house, the husband, the family and on and on. The right time is "Right Now". So you have to make a decision to do it now and quit putting it off.
Do you want to:
- Have confidence in yourself again
- Have the energy to keep up with the kids and all of the other stuff
- Do away with the sugar and junk cravings
- Get back into those sexy, tight jeans again
- Get rid of the stress
- Be noticed by your friends "Girl you are looking GOOD"
- Have better health so that you will feel like taking care of the kids and family
Now can you smile and honestly say "No the timing is not right I really do not want all those things"?
So if you do not want to feel and look great now then WHEN? If you wait for the "Right Time" what will prevent you from making the same decision to wait? Again and again...Then another month or year of wishing and wanting and still not doing it will have gone by. So what do you gain by waiting and not doing it "Right Now"?
It is a shame that right after the holidays, after the first of the year or at the start of bikini season the well wishing moms come out of the "Wishing" lifestyle to start a Fat Loss Program, only to fall right back into the same old lifestyle in just a few weeks or months. Back to the timing is not right again...
It is apparent that this approach does not work. Taking the unsupportive, easy, familiar road just waste your time, money and energy only to be back at the same place day after day. It is aggravating and just drains you to no avail.
You probably have felt that before you start a Fat Loss Program you should have everything in place. The time to exercise, the right foods in the cabinets, the baby sitting service, etc.
You need to get started "Right NOW" and not worry about everything being perfect.You have to make a decision to "Make time to exercise". You know this is true but you have to convince yourself that it is the right time and you are going to do it NOW! No matter what CHAOS is going on it is YOUR TIME.
You need to visualize that the house is a mess, the dishes are piled up and all the clothes need to be washed and "You are Exercising away No Matter What". Then once you are finished with your exercise you will tackle all of the stuff that needs to be done.
Once you realize that you need to take your well-being into consideration first then it will be easier to stay with the program and trust me it will all get done. Once you start to look way too good, you might even get more help from the family (husband especially) to keep you looking good.
If you are not taking care of yourself what does this tell your children and the ones that you love? Remember life is all about duplication!
So Moms-It is Time to Take Action! Make your health and fitness a priority. Give yourself the ability to look in the mirror with confidence and feel good about yourself. Show others (especially the ones that you love) that you do care and that you have made a decision to do something about your health and the way that you look. The Time is Right Now!
