3 Easy Steps to Lose Your Double Chin

There is no instant fix to your double chin problem. It would be nice to have just a simple exercise targeting the chin, but it isn't enough. Unfortunately, you will need to drop the overall amount of fat on your body, or BMI(Body Mass Index), in order to start seeing a difference.
However, if you follow these 3 easy steps, you will be able to lose your double chin.

1. Increase your level of activity. - This doesn't have to be a complex workout routine, especially if you haven't been very active. An easy way to transition into a healthy workout, is to add more steps to what you do daily already. If the store is close to home, walk. Instead of parking close to the store, park a bit farther away. Instead of using the elevator, try taking the steps. Nothing too involved yet, as it will take about a week for your body to adjust.

2. After about a week or so, it will be time to add in a workout routine. This doesn't require a full time commitment, in fact you only need 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Start off by stretching, so you don't injure yourself. Try seeing how many pushups, situps, curls(if you have weights),and crunches you can do. Don't just rush through these either, be careful! If this is your first time doing them, it will be a good way to see what your capable of. You should do these until you start to feel the burn, or as many as you're will to push. When you have a good routine down, you should start seeing results.

3. One of the most important things you could do to lose your double chin, is to have a healthy diet. The first step should be to stop drinking soft drinks! You may simply lose a few pounds by this act alone. Also, drinking water instead will drastically improve results while working out.
Making adjustments such as waiting until your home to eat instead of fast food, pass on seconds, and adding more fruits and vegetables is a simple way to get you not only to leading a healthier lifestyle, but also saves you money.

By adding a workout and dieting plan to your life, you will begin to lose your double chin. Not only will you begin to see a difference in your overall appearance, but you will have more energy, get sick less often and have more confidence.
