4. Nutrition. This is where it begins and ends my friend. If you are not getting proper nutrition daily....chances are you will NOT lose midsection fat. Proper nutrition consists of protein, complex carbs (whole grains), fiber, healthy fats (monounsaturated fat, Omega fatty acids), and foods rich in vitamins and minerals (fruits, veggies).

Practicing those basic principles, along with following an effective diet program will produce phenomenal results. Don't think you need diet pills, and other harmful things to help you lose midsection fat.....it can be done....naturally....and fast!
