Because you are not holding onto these toxins anymore, your body can start losing weight the healthy way. You will not lose it at an unsafe pace.
When you practice cleansing, in combination with a wellness program, you will be able to achieve the weight loss you desire. The best part about it is that you will be able to keep off the weight, which is the goal of the majority of dieters. Maintaining the proper weight actually is harder for some people than losing the weight in the first place, so it is huge when you are able to find a program that does this.
