Fat Burning Workouts

Ashutosh V MishraIf you are one of those people who want to burn excess pounds and tighten few lose ends, then all of your attention should be in reading this article. I understand that you might not have an hour on daily basis for working out and I am fine with that.
I believe for most people who aren't interested in building body should follow traditional gym workouts or workouts which you can find in Muscle & fitness magazines. So without boring you into details here is the workout.
Step 1 : Warm up and Stretch
Spend 5 minutes doing warm ups. Don't do few of those waist twist, ankle twist. Warm up has a reason to be called as a warm up. You should be properly prepared for workout.
Step 2 : My Favorite Workout
Use these 3 exercises.
1. Squat (bodyweight) :20 Squat with 10 second rest
2. Push up :20 push up with 10 second rest
3. Lunges : 20 lunges (10 with each leg) with 10 second rest.
You'll do one set of Squats with rest and then move on to 2nd exercise push up and then to 3rd exercise lunges. This is 1 Complete set.
You are supposed to finish 5 sets of these. There is No rest between sets. If you want try to take rest for 1 minute only after when 2 sets are finished.
Do you know what's common between All the Fat Burning workouts?
1. Time Factor : You don't spend an hour doing these workouts. Its not like you are going for 40 minute treadmill run and then 20 minutes on stationary bike. Most Fat burning workouts end up in 20 min Maximum.
2. Effort Factor : If you think you have time to network, chat with your buddy with these workouts, you are in wrong place. The effort here you put is real.
3. Interval Training: Interval training is key here. Because of high Intensity and effort factor, you can't spend time in max zone. So you'll be taking active breaks. Often intervals of 20 - 10 is applied. 20 Second of workout with 10 second of rest. Sometimes we can change these intervals depending on our goal.
4. Not for weak heart : Like I said intensity, Effort and Interval is key determining factor in these workouts. So they are not meant for obese people, or people with weak heart or weak attitude.

The idea is simple. Eat your normal foods, but add these foods into your diet. These foods will have a "CROWDING OUT" affect on your other foods. So you'll eat less of them.
So think in terms of big foods that are low in calories. Eat as much of them as you want... there's no limit.
2. Vacuum Pose
If you want to lose 2 inches or somewhere in that neighborhood, then you MUST focus on doing this exercise and cut out doing sit ups, crunches, and jogging. This is THE BEST OF THE BEST when it comes to abs exercises.
Inhale and suck in the area around your belly button. Hold. Keep holding... hold that pose for as close to 1 minute as you can each time you do it. That's it.
Your whole goal with the vacuum pose is to do it for at least 5 minutes a day. Your daily dedication will reward you with 2 less inches around your waist in a month.

How to Make Time For Breakfast So You Can Lose Weight

I understand mornings can be very busy, and time is precious, but you can prepare a healthy and nutritious meal in record time, and the benefits will be worth it. Research shows that people that eat breakfast have a more nutritious diet overall, in fact. This is due to being satisfied in the morning, which prevents overeating at lunch, which can lead to weight loss. Listed below are some simple ways to fit in your morning meal.
On the Go: These breakfast items can be eaten in the car if you have to! Toast an English Muffin and spread it with sugar free preserves, or make toast and use a sparing amount of reduced fat Peanut Butter...a little goes a long way! Grab a yogurt and a plastic spoon, or take yogurt with a spoonful of low-fat granola and fresh berries along with you in a travel coffee mug. Or stuff a pita with a slice of low-fat ham or Canadian bacon with some shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese. Much better than grabbing a breakfast sandwich from a fast food restaurant, these are satisfying breakfasts that you can eat while on the move.
Get Creative: Instead of waiting for your toast to toast, substitute a whole wheat tortilla for your bread. Spread the tortilla with peanut butter, or make a taco by adding a few spoons of low fat cottage cheese topped with mango salsa. Or take last nights left over's and scramble them in with some egg whites. Even Chinese food tastes good when mixed with egg whites and a little Peanut oil instead of Olive oil to coat the pan. If you grilled onions and peppers the night before they are a natural for a scramble in the morning. Egg whites take about one minute to cook, so you can whip them up in a flash and get on with your day.
Pick the Fruit: Instead of fruit juice, pick fruit instead. You can take it on the go, and it is high in fiber which will keep you feeling full longer. Mix fruit up with yogurt or cottage cheese, or with granola, and you have a full breakfast, and full of nutrition as well. Fruit juice is higher in sugar than the fruit it comes from, so you won't experience that sugar high and crash later in the day.
These breakfasts can be made at home, and take less time than standing in line at the donut shop, so you have no reason to skip breakfast any longer.

Eating Less
Most people resist the idea of eating less. The more we focus on eating less, the more we want to eat. It seems to be a law of nature. Some tips to eat less include taking smaller portions and placing them on a small plate. Also be sure to take your time and chew your food thoroughly.
Drink plenty of water with your meal.
It can be easier than this though. If you implement the next two weight loss tips, eating less will come naturally.
Eating DifferentlyFocusing on eating differently, rather than eating less, can pay large dividends in the form of weighing less! If there is only one tip you take from this, it is start small. Start with something that you are not particularly in love with, but that you eat just to eat.
For example, sitting in front of the TV you munch on corn chips. You like corn chips, but you realize you can live without them. Switch to carrot sticks or cauliflower. This simple change can start a chain reaction and break down the barriers you have to eating better.
You will want to work more fresh fruits and veggies into your diet. Use organic foods when possible and practical. Stay away from white, meaning white bread, white rice ... white means bleached, and usually devoid of the nutrients you should be getting. Calories and no nutrients equals fat.
Get Moving!I am sure you have heard it enough that I don't need to repeat it here. But I am going to anyways. You need 30 minutes of exercise a day. Again, start small if you are not used to exercise. A walk around the block can quickly turn into 30 minutes of walking daily. Keep at it and you may be jogging again before you know it!
Other activities to work in include taking the stairs when possible, parking at the back of the parking lot instead of right up front. If you have a dog, go outside and play with it. All these little activities add up!
Combining These 3 Ways to Lose Weight As you start to eat healthier and more fulfilling foods you will find that eating less comes natural. When you eat foods loaded with nutrients rather than empty calories and carbs, you have that full feeling longer. Exercise will help you burn your energy more efficiently. Start Swimming!
This is hands down, one of the best exercises you can do, especially in the summer time! Get out there to the local pool if you don't have your own or take a dive in your local lake or ocean. The cardio benefits of swimming are absolutely wonderful. Just a few sessions in a swimming pool will show improvements on your cardio and result as well in a slimmer waist line. This is especially great for those with achy joints that just aren't able to move around as much but still want a great workout.
